WRE Consulting worked with US Mobile Phones, a manufacturing company that refurbishes cellular phones and tablets, in the relocation of the company from Brooklyn to a building it purchased in Elizabeth, New Jersey.

Linde AG   

January 2016

We represented Linde AG, the global industrial gas producer, in the relocation within New Jersey of the company’s North American headquarters from Murray Hill to leased offices in Bridgewater.

The Gap Inc.   

August 2014

We assisted the Gap in a major expansion of a regional warehouse distribution facility in Dutchess County NY.

The Gap obtained a comprehensive package of economic incentives including real estate tax exemptions and abatements, sales tax exemptions, reduced cost energy, and the NYS Excelsior program. Total value: $50 million


AP&G   

July 2014

We represented AP&G, manufacturer of the Catchmaster line of pest control products, in its move from Brooklyn to a site it purchased in Bayonne, NJ.
